Rustic Fall Candle Jar Copycat

September 26, 2012
While trying to find an inspiration for Debbiedoo's Copycat Party, I received this Kruenpeeper Creek Gifts catalog in the mail. On page 55 is this rustic vignette made from their Fall Mix Jar Lamp $26, Angel Hair Vine $3.95 and Rusty Bucket $5.99. That's almost $36.

I already had a small old galvanized bucket that I use outside for an annual, a grubby flameless candle (however mine was taller than the inspiration candle), dollar store Spanish Moss, and a quart jar. I had to purchase some wire for $3 (I have more for another project) and $3 worth of Putka pods.

Here is my copycat on the dryer in my laundry room.

I actually like the galvanized pail better than the rusty bucket.
